Truly outstanding - it is like the show is right in the room with you - the whole cast seem to be so into the story .
I guarantee you will be singing along- it would be impossible not to - don't know how it is possible to keep seated at the theatre - you just want to be up there with the cast.
Pure magic !

Jersey Boys - Best Musical on Broadway

The story of The Four Seasons, one of the best rock and roll groups in the history of rock and roll. This CD gives you the story lines in addition to the musical performances, which will be helpful for those unable to get to Broadway to see the show. If you can see the show, I recommend seeing it first before listening to the CD, or else you'll know some of the background which will tell you some stuff you may not have known, or wanted to have known, prior to seeing the show. A fabulous performance by one and all.

Amazing Show, Amazing Cast Album

I saw the "Jersey Boys" on Broadway November 12. It is an outstanding evening of entertainment that deserves the rave reviews it is getting.

The cast album is very strong. Bob Gaudio (one of the original Four Seasons) produced it and it is faithful to the Seasons' sound. There is enough dialog for someone who has not seen the show to follow the thread of what is going on onstage. One caution to parents: The F-word is spoken twice, so be aware.
