I have Idina Menzel's CD Still I Can't Be Still, I've had it for a very, very long time and I know it's hard to come by. However, it's not if you know to look in the right places. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY UPWARDS OF THIRTY DOLLARS FOR IT!!! You can buy it at www.cdbaby.com and from www.colonymusic.com for less than what it's being sold for in the new/used section. Why pay between $35 and $80 for a CD you can get for $20 at another place? Sure, if it's an advanced copy and even rarer to find, that's your perogative, but don't get ripped off just because it's hard to find.

In actual review, I love the CD. The vocals are just amazing and it really is an album that speaks from Idina's heart--which can very often speak for yours as well. She's down to earth and at times crazy and that's exactly what you see on this CD. Favorite songs for me are "All Of The Above" (which is a bit risque but awesome) and "Heart on My Sleeve" which is the song that is possibly the most introspective but most emotionally embracing song on the album, if even ones that I've ever heard.

Best of luck finding the CD for a decent price, but please do NOT be ripped off by the sellers in the New/Used section--you can get it for less other places.

I saw Ms. Menzel on Broadway, playing Elphaba (AKA The Wicked Witch of the West) in Stephen Schwartz' musical version of "Wicked". Her voice, her interpretive ablities, her physical, emotional and spiritual grace, are awesome. Imagine how gifted this woman is that she can bring a packed Broadway theater to their feet, empathizing, rooting for AND crying for a character that we formerly hated as as one of the ultimate villains of all time?

So what's up with her CD's??? No, I don't own "Still I Can't Be Still" or "Here", because at this time they're only available through questionable resellers, who are charging an EXORBITANT amount for them! Meanwhile, neither her record label nor the artist herself is probably making a dime off of what could be a HUGE seller, if they only had a clue about getting it distributed properly.

This is an awesome CD of Idina's and her newest one is even better. Dont pay the insane amount these people are asking for it used. If you go to Idina Menzels personal website u can order the CD's for a under $20. U can also buy the new CD at the Gershwin Theater in NY if you go see Wicked. I have been an Idina fan since she first started in Rent. She is just an amazing singer/songwriter/performer. Go out and get her CD's and get them through her site. The CD's these people are selling with holes punched in them are free samples sent out to people from the company which means Idina gets nothing out from ur purchase. Call me crazy but when I purchase a CD for an insane amount of money I want that money to go to the artist.
