A Jaw-dropper!
5
Words can't do enough justice to this 1965 live jam session. Just when you think Freddie's or Jimmy's riffs on each song can't get any hotter, any longer, any more explosive, each of these jazz giants steps up in turn to belt out an even more amazing solo. Each track is longer than the preceding one, CULMINATING IN A 17-MINUTE JAW-DROPPING, JAM-RIPPING RENDITION OF "AUTUMN LEAVES". Feeding off the excitement of a live audience, Freddie's range and Jimmy's unbelievable breath command will blow you away. Hubbard and Heath, arguably at the pinnacle of their talents at the time of this performance, reach deep to produce this absolutely phenomenal set. This album will make you weep for joy just to know that you own it.
