What is Music-city ?

Music-city is the first collaborative music database. Our objective is to create the most complete music database ever made, with no consideration of genre or notoriety : every artist should have his place in music-city !

Why Music City ?

Before Music City we spent a lot of time reading the music forums. At some point, we felt that a lot of persons had a real potential for writing about music. This really contributed to discover new talents : artists, bands, music styles. We wanted this feeling to be shared with everyone ! However, there was no centralised database, and all of those texts would generally end lost. We thought that by making a collaborative music database, that would allow everyone to participate ,comment albums, point out new talents, that would help a lot.

Music City, the *first* collaborative database ?

Yes, yes, yes we know ! We're not the first. But we wan't to be the best, and the first : that's why we said the first ;-) However if you're thinking of somthing better, well, just let us know !
