Review of Fabulous Disaster : Put Out or Get Out
The second band to find a home on Pink & Black Records, San Francisco's very own all woman punk band. These girls have lots of tattoo's! They'll rock your soul and then kick your ass! 13 tracks including 'Down the Drain', April Fools' and 'Rich Bitches in Volvos'. Standard jewel case. 2001 release.

Users's Reviews - Fabulous Disaster : OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YESSSS!!!

These girls have hit the nail on the head!!!!!!

I was mildly upset that they took their name from the greatest thrash album ever produced by Exodus, of similar Bay Area roots. That anger instantly turned to glee when I listened to about five minutes of this FANTASTIC punk band.

Immediate similarities that come to mind, Nirvana, "Im on a Plain", Go Go's, "We've got the Beat", OP IVY, the whole darn thing. This band captures a punk sound that I haven't heard in a while, and their roots obviously go deeper than punk.

I say two passionate thumbs up to this band that is most certainly on the verge (...) all over the world.

The Fab D foursome has done it yet again: they've put out yet another wonderful CD. Panty Raid will not disappoint. The girls have clearly "grown up." They've gotten some life experience and that's reflected in the songs they sing. It's one of those CD's you listen to and from the first time, you intuitively know the lyrics. The CD does not linger far from the last CD, in the fact that it's just awesome, catchy, and their melodic outbursts are refreshingly...fresh! (As usual) Can these girls go wrong? I think not, it's obvious they've had a couple of bad relationships, but their broken hearts proved to be great inspiration. It sounds cheesy, but I totally relate. The songs lyrics sound like something I'd say, or would have written, "Everywhere I see your face"- god yah. I can't get enough...I'm addicted. I've owned the cd for three days now, and I already know all of the lyrics, I can't wait for the next tour, the next cd...the next time I can listen to it! Ya gotta be proud, because Fabulous Disaster has once again proved themselves...Fabulous.
