Your latest reviews - Ativin : Summing The Approach of a Masterpiece!
In 1968 when the Russian Armies invaded Great Britain and parts of Eastern Europe. There was a small island in the North Sea within a cluster of larger islands just northeast of Scotland. There was an immaculate castle which stood there until one day when a cruel and powerful count invaded the lush green island with his armies and claimed the once peaceful island for himself. He performed unspeakable acts of torture to his predecessors within the dank stone walls of the cold castle. The count named the massive stone slaughterhouse after himself, Kraatenenvozenston. The evil count occupied the castle completely secluded from the modern world for exactly six years and six days when he finally died during the sixth hour from a mysterious illness. The castle was sealed by his servants which returned to Russia promptly after the counts death. The castle stood dormant for ten long years until the year 1985 on a dark and stormy night just moments before midnight, three young men and 2 young maidens all between the ages of 16 and 19 broke the seal to the entrance of the castle and lowered the decaying wooden drawbridge. They entered the castle carelessly as if it were some Disneyfied amusement ride, But to their surprise the drawbridge closed violently behind them and sealed the only known way out. Armed only with just one shy of a dozen bottles of ale and some less than mediocre hallucinogenic drugs. They were mentally tortured by the screams and cries of pain and brutality by hundreds, perhaps thousands slain there years before. The legend of Kraatenenvozenston may be elaborated on with the details of their horror, but to make a long story short, five innocent teenagers from nearby Scotland trespassed upon Castle Kraatenenvozenston and were never seen again. By the way, the album entitled Summing The Approach by Ativin is an absolute necessity for a "great" album collection. Just as the song Kraatenenvozenston is to a "great" Fortune Five Hundred show. If you liked the complexity and raw energy of Fortune Five Hundred's "Pursuit of the Pegasus 7", then you'll love the spur of the moment time changes and repetitive yet didn't see that coming melodic genius from Dan Burton and Chris Carothers.
Ativin's Summing The Approach is the epitome of ephorchaical aspenticsm!.
